The worldwide leader in manufacturing carpets using handloom technology, Paulig Teppichweberei GmbH, has relocated its company headquarters to Schwarzach. The new building boasts modern, light rooms and a comfortable climate.    
     
  5000m2 Hagen – July 2005
The energy saving concept of the Balanced Office Building (BOB) in Aachen is truly impressive. The office block provides a prototype for industry, office and business requirements. A variable application of the basic model is possible.
  The SparkassenKarree stands in the city of Hagen. The 27,000m building complex is also home to a diverse selection of shops and restaurants.

The Hotel Phantasia, at Phantasialand in Bruehl, is the largest Chinese buildings complex outside of China. The new building is faithful to the original, having been constructed using more than 1.3 million individual parts.

Other velta systems were also utilised.

  The new 3-storey office building housing the town administration for Landsberg am Lech gleams with modern architecture and environmentally friendly buildings technology.

In Mönchengladbach the Albertus Centre (medical centre) was opened, with a floor area of 1,400m.


  In Hamburg the Berliner Bogen office block was constructed, with a gross area of approx. 42,000m and external plot of around 140 m x 70 m.

The university building in Kassel was extended by the cultivation of the centre for environmental building.

In the midst of the Chemnitzer city appeared the Türmer-business house. The new building serves as a purchase, deal and living building.

On the area for trade fairs in Graz a multi-functional event hall is presently under construction.   Museum der Bildenden Künste, Sachsenplatz.
The new building of the Museum for fine arts is being erected on the Sachsenplatz in the heart of Leipzig city.

A city being transformed - new office buildings are coming up in Hamburg.
  The EuromedClinic in Fürth opened its new reception and administration building.

"Prisma" the technically innovative office building will be the new branch office of HOCHTIEF in Frankfurt.   dvg 2000, Bürogebäude.
In Hanover, the dvg realized its office concept of the 21st century.

The new administration building of the company Geiger was erected on the outskirts of Oberstdorf. The Geiger group of companies, which has nearly 1,200 employees, is innovative and active in various fields.   The new office and seminar building "De Thermo-Staete" in Bodegraven (Netherlands) is known as the "most economical office building in the country".

The new head office of ORGA Kartensysteme GmbH in Paderborn: A modular building was constructed on an area of 11,500 m, which can be extended. A good working atmosphere is maintained by the velta contec concrete activation system.   DaimlerChrysler opens a modern car house in Berlin: Over 300 cars in the futuristic display building - a really thrilling experience!
