The ability to utilise the floor heating system to both heat and cool a building means that twice the benefit is gained from the floor surface. In buildings where screed floors are to be specified, the velta classic system and velta tecto 2 system can be installed to provide an ideal solution.

Depending upon the requirements of the building, either warm or cold water can be passed through the system to provide heating or cooling as required.
