The Hamburg airport management needed to react to an increasing volume of passengers and responded by initiating the HAM 21 project. The new terminal building at Hamburg airport was equipped with approx. 10,000m of velta panel heating and cooling.		Bangkok International Airport is equipped with a velta classic panel cooling system. With an area of 150,000m (approx. 20 football pitches) this is to date the largest panel cooling project that velta has taken on.

The new golf club Gut Wulfsmühle heats and cools with velta.		capricorn moved its headquarters to Mönchengladbach and constructed a new office block there with a 1,500m workshop.

Federal railway office in Halle: Refurbishment instead of demolition: The 30 year old administration building of the Federal railway office in Halle/Saale has been completely renovated and modernized.		In Rellingen near Hamburg the architects Bothe, Richter and Teherani developed the new building for Tobias Grau KG (manufacturer of lights).
